What's new

Search by place or postcode

Find any listing you've been sent by area, street, postcode district or the monitor that found it.

A fairer nestrrr score

Bills, en-suites and single rooms are allowed for, and the score now knows how quickly homes go in each area.

Consistent WhatsApp alerts

Every alert photo arrives at the same width, shown whole rather than cropped.

Shared links that know they're yours

Open one of your own shared listings and it tells you which monitor found it, with a way back into the app.

Mobile search composer

The create-search flow now opens like a cleaner phone-first form, keeps suggestions above the page, and avoids accidental picks while scrolling.

Sharper blog surface

The blog now uses renter-focused framing and a branded launch image instead of generic builder copy.

Phone-width guard

Public pages now clamp horizontal overflow so the homepage fits the screen on mobile.

Monitors

Pick an area, budget, and property type and nestrrr watches the market for you, around the clock.

Rental-site coverage

One monitor can cover multiple rental sources at once, with listings deduped so you only hear about each one once.

Instant alerts

WhatsApp and email alerts on every plan, the moment a match goes live.
