What's new in nestrrr

Short notes on new features, fixes, and the thinking behind them.

A smarter nestrrr score

How nestrrr compares rent, size and local demand without letting thin data or suspicious prices fool the ranking.

Plot rent against the nestrrr score, compare every detail and share your shortlist.

Bring Gumtree homes, rooms and smaller-agent listings into your nestrrr search.

Full-width WhatsApp photos, cleaner listing pages, and links that recognise your account.

Add OnTheMarket agent listings to one multi-source rental search.

Find OpenRent homes from private landlords alongside listings from the wider market.

Search every match by place or postcode, then scan it without bouncing between tabs.

Create a clean public link to a property without sharing your account or search.

Richer listing pages put the rent, rooms, availability, photos and local context together.

nestrrr recognises the same property across platforms and keeps the search tidy.

Edit a saved property search as your plans, budget or boundaries change.

Search SpareRoom rooms and flatshares beside homes from the rest of the rental market.

Save, dismiss and compare matches without losing your place.

Bring Rightmove rentals into one search, one shortlist and one set of useful alerts.

What nestrrr watches, how alerts work, and why speed matters when you're renting.
